Spool is the native queue-based text keyboard designed for seamless thread and long-form posting on Threads, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, and beyond. Stop switching back and forth between Notes and social apps. With Spool, you write or paste once, and your custom keyboard steps you through each segment with a single tap of "Insert". HOW SPOOL WORKS: 1. Copy long text from anywhere. 2. Switch to the Spool Keyboard. 3. Tap [Paste & Split] — your text is instantly divided into ready-to-post segments. 4. Tap [Insert] to paste segment 1, then reply or advance to insert segment 2, 3, and so on. KEY FEATURES: • Quick Mode Keyboard A dedicated text queue right inside your keyboard. See live character counts, current progress (e.g. 1 / 5), and step through your queued posts with Previous, Next, Clear, and Insert buttons. • Smart Splitting Automatically divides long essays, tutorials, and thoughts at natural punctuation and paragraph boundaries while respecting character limits. • Platform Presets (Auto, Threads, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Custom) Presets tailored for each platform specific limits (500 chars for Threads, 280 for X, 300 for Bluesky) or define your own custom limit. • Draft Library & Spool Editor Deep composition workspace in the main app. Reorder segments with drag-and-drop, merge segments up, edit copy, and queue up drafts whenever you are ready. • Numbering Styles Optionally prepend fraction indicators (1/5) or dotted numbers (1.) without manual typing. • Private & Secure Your thoughts stay on your device.
