About

Make a little room for learning and a lot of room for play. BabySteps brings colorful practice to iPhone and iPad for young children through age 7, with a grown-up nearby. Big objects, gentle drawing guides, and happy celebrations help children explore at their own pace. PLAY IN DIFFERENT WAYS • Drag objects to matching letters, words, and pictures. • Sort colors, fruit, animals, and everyday objects into their homes. • Count objects, add and subtract within 0–10, remember picture pairs, and finish simple patterns. • Trace letters and words, or follow steps to draw shapes and little pictures. ENGLISH AND NEPALI Explore 31 activity families in each language, with complete alphabet practice and a shared collection of 102 words and pictures. Practice order changes between sessions. Parents can hide all Nepali exercises for an English library. MAKE PRACTICE PERSONAL Parents can add familiar words, matching pairs, and drawing prompts. Draw your own handwriting or picture and let your child trace the guide in basic colors. A PAGE THAT FITS LITTLE HANDS Use a finger, or Apple Pencil on supported iPads. Pinch to zoom, move the page with two fingers, and choose your own comfortable practice size. Each guide starts as large as possible while staying fully visible. Undo, Clear, and Fit make it easy to try again. GENTLE FEEDBACK Correct matches celebrate with confetti and pronounce the matched color, letter, or word. Built-in English and Nepali pronunciation is included in the app and needs no voice download. Guided tracing compares shapes, and a 75% match earns a star. Free drawing has no score. Tracing feedback is a practice aid, not a reading or developmental assessment. COMPLETELY FREE AND OFFLINE No accounts, advertising, tracking, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or AI credits. Exercises, saved parent content, and progress stay on your device. External support and privacy links are behind the grown-up gate. Designed for iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.Read more
