About
Take your before and after photos, and send the client a PDF report before you pull off the drive. DonePix is built for the one-man trade business — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, handymen, roofers. Photos file themselves under the job, stamped with the date, time and address, and turn into a clean branded report in two taps. No office night, no hunting through the camera roll. FILE PHOTOS WHILE YOUR HANDS ARE DIRTY • Shoot straight into Before, Progress or After — one tap to switch, no sorting later • Every photo stamped with the date, time and street address, right on the image • A live map in the viewfinder, so you can see the address is this house and not next door • Photos stay in the job, not scattered through six months of camera roll A REPORT THE CLIENT TAKES SERIOUSLY • Your business name, phone, licence number and logo on the cover • Before and after side by side, or one photo per page, or a contact-sheet grid • Call it JOB REPORT, SERVICE REPORT, INSPECTION REPORT — your trade, your wording • Pick which photos go in, add captions, print your job note and your checklist • Send it as an ordinary PDF: Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, anything. The client needs nothing installed PROOF THAT HOLDS UP • Date, time and GPS on the photo itself — the thing that ends an argument about what the place looked like when you got there • Draw an arrow or circle on the leak, the crack, the loose wire. The drawing stays separate, so the original photo is never touched • Three dozen stamp templates, and you choose which lines show and how big they are WORK THE WAY A JOB ACTUALLY RUNS • A checklist per job, with photos attached to each item • Jobs marked done, and reports marked sent, so you know what is still owed • Works with no signal — everything happens on the iPhone NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER, NO ADS There is nothing to sign up for. DonePix has no login, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind. Your photos are yours and they stay on your iPhone. OPTIONAL iCLOUD SYNC Turn it on and your jobs, photos and company details follow you to your other iPhone or iPad, through your own private iCloud. Turn it off and nothing leaves the device. It is off until you say otherwise. FREE, AND WHAT PRO ADDS The free plan keeps three jobs, with everything else switched on — the camera, the stamps, the checklist, markup, the report and iCloud sync. Reports made on it carry a small "Made with DonePix" line in the page footer. Never on your photos — those are your evidence and they stay clean. DonePix Pro lifts the three-job limit and removes that line. • Monthly — $9.99 per month • Yearly — $49.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. DonePix Pro is here. • The free plan keeps three jobs, with every feature switched on. Every job you already have stays yours — open it, add photos, send the report, as before. • Pro gives you unlimited jobs and takes the "Made with DonePix" line off your reports, so the client sees your company and nothing else. • $9.99 a month, or $49.99 a year with the first three days free. • New "Rate DonePix" in Settings. If DonePix saves you a night of paperwork, a review helps another tradesperson find it.
