SAMS Online

SAMS Online is the field companion for order bookers working on the SAMS distribution platform. It puts the day's journey plan, the outlet route and the full price book in your pocket, and it keeps working when the signal does not. Start your day, follow your permanent journey plan, and check in at each outlet on your route. Book orders against live prices and promotions, record a reason when an outlet does not order, capture merchandising and complaints with photos, and sync everything back to head office when you are back on a connection. FEATURES • Day start and day close, with the working date set by head office • Your journey plan route - only the outlets planned for today • Outlet check-in with GPS location and photos • Order booking with live trade prices, tax and carton or unit quantities • Automatic promotions - free goods, trade offers and discounts applied as you build the order • No-order recording with reason, comments and photos • Merchandising, complaint and replacement capture • New outlet registration from the field, sent for approval • Works offline, with a single sync to upload the day's work SAMS Online requires an account on your company's SAMS installation. It is made for staff of distributors and principals already using SAMS, and is not a standalone product.
