About
MyBusinessDB helps self-employed people and small businesses keep everyday work organised without turning a simple customer list into a complicated enterprise system. Create customer records, link jobs, set priorities and due dates, and keep notes and attachments together. Build quotes from saved job estimates, record actual materials and labour, issue invoices, track payments and capture expenses with receipt images. Clear dashboards and records packs help you review the information you have entered and prepare it for discussion with your accountant. Choose the flexible General setup or use one of 60 specialist templates covering trades, cleaning, property, beauty, technology, professional services, logistics, pet services and education. Custom fields and reusable setups let the database reflect the way your business works. Your operational business records are stored locally on your device by default. Export your data whenever you need it, and use the backup options included with your plan. Cloud sync and team access are not part of the first release. Free includes one business, core customer and job tools, limited custom fields and CSV export. Solo adds unlimited customer and job records, richer customisation, one starter template, quotes, attachments, job costing and single-business backup. Pro adds all templates, multiple local businesses, CSV import, complete backup, invoices, payments, expenses and finance reports. Solo and Pro are monthly subscriptions. Eligible new Pro subscribers receive a three-day introductory free trial, subject to App Store approval and store-confirmed eligibility. MyBusinessDB organises the records you enter. It is not bookkeeping, accounting, legal or tax advice and does not file returns. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/Read more
