Boma is the official resident app of Leeuwfontein Estates. It puts everything the estate office sends you, and everything you need to ask of it, in one place on your iPhone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Messages – notices, newsletters and replies from the estate office, with a notification when something new arrives. Statements and invoices – your levy statements and special-levy invoices, filed against your stand. Meter readings – your monthly water and electricity statements. Facility bookings – book the clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court and braai area, and see your bookings. Help desk – log a request for maintenance, security or accounts and follow the office's replies. Applications – apply to the committees for building alterations, pets, solar, boreholes and more, sign on your phone and track each stage of the review. My stand – your stand, the people in your household, your vehicles and your stand's documents such as the title deed and approved plans. Estate map, rules, directory and emergency numbers – saved on your phone so they work without signal. Traffic fines filed against your stand, surveys and estate events. WHO IT IS FOR Boma is for the owners and residents of Leeuwfontein Estates. Your login is created by the estate office; there is no registration in the app. Owners and tenants can add the people in their household and invite them to the app. PRIVACY Your information is used only to run the estate.
