About

FitpulseaApp is a personal training journal that watches recovery, not just totals. Log the muscles you trained and the cardio you chose. Calories burned and estimated body fat update as you type, using MET estimates and the Deurenberg formula — so the numbers follow this session, not a generic template. Home is built around a pulse, not a dump of charts: • Named recovery: if yesterday was chest and shoulders, today is told to switch to back, legs, or easy walking. • Training calendar and streak tied to sessions you actually logged. • Badges that unlock from this week’s real work, hydration goal, and upper/lower balance. • Weekly pulse: a one-screen summary of sessions, muscles, recovery, and calories you can share as text or a card. Training guides are original FitpulseaApp notes for the body parts and cardio types this app can record — chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core, walking, running, cycling, and more. They are not copied from a gym encyclopedia. Water, strength, and cardio reminders are three separate local notifications. You choose the time for each. English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese are in the app, including Match phone language. Workouts stay on this iPhone. There is no FitpulseaApp account and no cloud journal. Estimates are for personal logging, not medical diagnosis.Read more
