About
Every bill has a due date. Almost nothing tells you the day you actually need to move the money in so it clears in time. I'm On It does that one thing first: it works out the day, in plain terms, and shows its working, so you're not trusting a number you can't check. "Put £400 in by Wed 14 Oct" — that's what the home screen says when it matters. Tap it and you see exactly how it got there: what's due, what's already committed, what's coming in, and the balance it's working from. No black box. Beyond the money deadline, I'm On It is a private, single-account dashboard for the rest of what's easy to lose track of: - To-dos for today, each with a one-tap way to do it, mark it done, or drop it - Today's diary, so you can see what's actually happening without opening a separate calendar app - Drafts — messages and replies an assistant has prepared for you, that sit and wait until you say yes. Nothing goes out without you seeing the exact words first - News, cross-checked across more than one outlet, with a count of how many agree, so you're not reading a single source dressed up as fact - Projects and cases, so ongoing things you're dealing with have one place to live instead of being scattered across notes and messages - Contacts, kept where the rest of your life is - A chat with your own AI assistant, for anything that doesn't fit a button Everything in the app lives on its own server, used by nobody else — not a shared database with other people's data mixed in. The developer runs that server for you under a managed hosting account; the privacy policy says exactly who can reach it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers. The only things that ever leave the server are your chat messages (sent to an AI provider purely to generate a reply) and anything you explicitly ask the assistant to send, which only goes out after you've seen it and approved it. Full detail is in the privacy policy linked from this listing. I'm On It is free to download and there is nothing to buy inside the app. It is the front door to a personal assistant service that is set up with the developer directly. Push notifications are supported for the things worth interrupting you for: a money deadline coming up, or something waiting on your yes. This is a personal assistant, not a productivity suite built for teams. It's built to be plain, direct, and honest about what it knows and what it's guessing — including when it's showing you sample data for a reviewer rather than your own.Read more
