Start by gauging your horn: enter girth, curve length, wall thickness at the butt and mid-span, and the app unrolls the cone into its true developed plate — the exact shape you get when the horn is split, boiled flat, and pressed. A live preview updates as you measure, so you see your plate forming before you ever light the boiling pan. Mark your horn's flaws — gut channels, checks, ridges, thin patches — directly on a photograph by dropping and sizing exclusion zones. The built-in solver then nests your chosen blanks onto the usable area, respects wall minimums and grain directions, and returns a ranked cut order with a yield figure and a verdict for every piece.
