About

A memory palace is a walk you already know, used as a place to keep things you want to remember. Memory Palace builds that walk on real streets. Pick a route on the map. At each stop — a station — you place one vivid image: a Person doing an Action to an Object. The app shows each station as the street view you chose yourself, so the place does the remembering for you. Walk it. Step through your palace station by station, with the answer hidden until you ask for it. Review it. Stations come back on a spaced repetition schedule, timed to arrive just before you would have forgotten. Start with a finished one. The Library has ready-made palaces in real cities, each teaching something worth knowing: the thirteen colonies along Boston's Freedom Trail, the Gettysburg Address down the National Mall, the Greek alphabet along San Francisco's piers, Canada's prime ministers around the Stanley Park seawall. Make it yours. A built-in Person–Action–Object library of a hundred images is offered, never imposed: the method works because the pictures are yours. Share a palace. Send a route to a friend as a file, or the whole palace with its images. Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no tracking, nothing collected.Read more
