About
Aimward is a coach, not a logbook. Answer a few questions about your body, your goal and what you actually have to train with, and it writes you a four-week training block and a day-by-day nutrition plan — then keeps both honest as your weight moves. A PLAN, NOT A TEMPLATE Your block is built from your height, weight, age, training history, how many days a week you can train and the equipment you can reach. Six sessions a week in a full gym and three at home with a pair of dumbbells produce genuinely different plans. Every session tells you the sets, the reps, the load to start at and how long to rest. 2,000+ EXERCISES, WITH VIDEO Every movement has a demonstration clip. Tap the thumbnail beside an exercise and watch it before your first set, so "Romanian deadlift" is something you can see rather than something you have to look up. MEALS, NOT MACRO SLOTS Your nutrition plan is made of dishes people actually eat — shakshuka with sourdough, chicken with rice and greens — portioned to hit your targets, and filtered by what you can't eat and won't eat. Allergens, dislikes and how much cooking you can face all change what you're given. LOG IT IN SECONDS Search a database of foods, scan a barcode, photograph the plate and let the coach estimate it, or add your own. Calories and macros update as you go, and the bars show what's left rather than making you do the sums. THE SESSION, WHILE YOU'RE IN IT Start a workout and Aimward tracks it set by set, with a rest timer that carries on when you leave the app, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, and your last session's numbers beside today's so you know what to beat. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app runs a real workout session: heart rate, active calories and the whole session recorded to Apple Health, so it counts toward your rings. Log sets with the Digital Crown, and it keeps working when your phone is in a bag on the other side of the gym. Complications put your day on your watch face. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Weight trends with a seven-day average, so a heavy dinner doesn't look like failure. Strength curves per lift. Measurements and progress photos. Your plan line drawn against what actually happened, so you can see whether you're on it. APPLE HEALTH Reads your steps, workouts and body weight; writes your sessions and weigh-ins back. Optional, and everything else works without it. A COACH THAT ANSWERS Ask why the plan changed, what to do about a sore shoulder, or how to hit your protein without another shake. Answers come from your actual numbers, not a generic FAQ. Aimward is a fitness and nutrition tool, not medical advice. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication, talk to a doctor before changing how you eat or train.Read more
