About
EcomTools is the daily utility kit for Indian e-commerce sellers — the tools a marketplace business actually reaches for every day. This app is the part that stands at the packing bench. It turns the day's packing into something you can check, instead of something you hope you got right. You build the day's list on your computer — open Order scan check on ecomtools.co.in, load the same label PDF you already cropped, and press save. The list is then on your phone. Pick up a box, point the camera at the label, and the screen answers in colour: green for packed, amber if you already scanned it, red if that parcel is not on today's list at all. No typing. No ticking things off a printout. No parcel going out twice. WHAT YOU GET • Scan against the real list — every box is checked against what you actually cropped today, not against a guess. • Three answers, one glance — the whole camera view washes green, amber or red, with a sound and a buzz. You can keep your eyes on the carton. • A running count — packed and still to pack, updating as you go. • Per-marketplace totals — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra each get a card on the home screen. Tap one to see just those parcels. • Find any parcel — search by barcode, order id, buyer or courier, or scan a label to look it up without marking it packed. • Mark by hand — some labels have no readable barcode. Those are counted separately and can be ticked off manually. • Works without signal — scans are held on the phone and go up by themselves when the network comes back. A warehouse dead spot costs you nothing. • Share what is left — send the still-to-pack list to WhatsApp while the courier waits. BUILT FOR INDIAN MARKETPLACE SELLERS Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho label formats are read directly. The desktop tools crop labels, split invoices and build the packing list; the phone is the part that stands at the bench. YOUR FILES NEVER LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER Label PDFs and product photos are read, cropped and saved by your own browser. They are never uploaded. What this app reads is the packing list you chose to save — barcode, order id, buyer name, city, SKU, courier — and all it writes back is which parcels are packed. No street addresses and no buyer phone numbers are ever stored. WHAT YOU NEED An EcomTools account. Sign in with your mobile number — a code comes over WhatsApp, so there is no password to remember. The packing list this app scans against is created in EcomTools on your computer, and your EcomTools plan is what the phone reads from. There is nothing to buy inside this app. ecomtools.co.inRead more
