Filter for telehealth and for the ages a provider works with. Every provider in NiMO has had their licence and NPI checked against the federal CMS NPPES registry before they appear. BOOK A REAL OPENING Providers publish the times they are actually free, so you book a slot rather than send a request into the dark. Self-pay appointments confirm straight away. Insurance and Medicaid appointments go to the provider to check your coverage first, and you get an email the moment they confirm. ONE CALENDAR FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Every appointment, for every child, across every provider, in one place — plus the activities and therapies you arrange yourself. Add a child once and their details carry across every booking. REMINDERS THAT WORK OFFLINE NiMO reminds you a day before and an hour before each visit. The reminders are scheduled on your iPhone, so they arrive whether or not you have signal. FOR PROVIDERS Psychologists, therapists, specialists and activity instructors can run a practice from the app: publish availability a week at a time, confirm or decline requests, mark visits completed, and keep private visit notes alongside each family's record. BUILT AROUND YOUR FAMILY'S PRIVACY No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking. A provider sees only the families who have booked with them. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and sign-in tokens are held in the iOS Keychain. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.
