About
MassDelta is a nutrition app for people gaining muscle or cutting fat. Log what you eat and weigh in every morning; from those two things it works out what you actually burn, sets your target, and gives you Delta — an AI coach that knows your numbers and answers in them. ASK DELTA Delta has every meal, weigh-in and dose you've logged. Ask what to eat tonight, why your target moved, or whether you're on pace, and it answers from your own data — then puts the food it suggests one tap from your plate. When a question needs research, it reads a short list of medical and nutrition sources and tells you where the answer came from. IT LEARNS WHAT YOU BURN Most apps guess your expenditure from a formula and hold it for months. MassDelta estimates it from your own weigh-ins and your own log, and keeps estimating. It separates water from tissue on the scale, so a salty dinner or a creatine dose doesn't read as fat. Your target moves only when the evidence is clear, and the app tells you why in one sentence. LOG IT HOW YOU LIKE Type it, say it, or photograph it — the plate or the nutrition label. Calories and macros come back in seconds. Correct any figure with one tap. Save a plate as a meal and log it in one. CREATINE, DONE RIGHT Creatine holds water, and water shows on the scale. Log your dose and the estimator keeps it out of your tissue figure, so a loading week doesn't look like fat and stopping doesn't look like a loss. REMINDERS THAT LEARN Reminders learn when you actually weigh in and eat, and back off when you ignore them. Each one says what happened, not just that something did. Start with a 7-day free trial. ASK DELTA
Delta has every meal, weigh-in and dose you've logged. Ask what to eat tonight, why your target moved, or whether you're on pace, and it answers from your own data — then puts the food it suggests one tap from your plate. When a question needs research, it reads a short list of medical and nutrition sources and tells you where the answer came from.
IT LEARNS WHAT YOU BURN
Most apps guess your expenditure from a formula and hold it for months. MassDelta estimates it from your own weigh-ins and your own log, and keeps estimating. It separates water from tissue on the scale, so a salty dinner or a creatine dose doesn't read as fat. Your target moves only when the evidence is clear, and the app tells you why in one sentence.
LOG IT HOW YOU LIKE
Type it, say it, or photograph it — the plate or the nutrition label. Calories and macros come back in seconds. Correct any figure with one tap. Save a plate as a meal and log it in one.
CREATINE, DONE RIGHT
Creatine holds water, and water shows on the scale. Log your dose and the estimator keeps it out of your tissue figure, so a loading week doesn't look like fat and stopping doesn't look like a loss.
REMINDERS THAT LEARN
Reminders learn when you actually weigh in and eat, and back off when you ignore them. Each one says what happened, not just that something did.
