Sagat Focus is a timer built around four honest facts: Work, Break, Free Time, and Time Debt. No streaks to keep alive, no points to farm, no cartoon character judging your day. Just what happened, recorded plainly, so you can decide what to do about it yourself. HOW IT WORKS Start a Work session and the countdown runs — even if you close the app, lock your phone, or restart it. Pause for a real interruption without losing your place. When the block ends, take a Break, or spend the Free Time you've earned. Start with the classic 25/5 Pomodoro rhythm, or set your own Work and Break lengths per project. Free Time is the reward for focusing, calculated automatically as you go. Pick how it's earned in Settings: • Proportional — a share of every session's length • Per Session — a flat amount each time you finish • Milestone — a bonus once you cross a daily threshold • Debt-Aware — proportional, minus whatever you still owe Go over on a Break or Free block past its safe margin, and the extra gets logged as Time Debt — not a punishment, just a number that says "you'll want to repay this in focus." Nothing is ever hidden from you, and nothing is ever forgiven quietly. SEE WHERE YOUR TIME ACTUALLY WENT The Insights tab turns your history into plain numbers: focused time, breaks, free time and debt for any day, week, month, year, or all-time. Drill into any period, filter by project, and check how many of your sessions actually ran to their planned end — a fact worth knowing, not a score to chase. PLAN THE DAY Set a window — "9 to 6," say — and see exactly how many sessions fit, how much rest you'll earn, and what's left over, before you start. It's a forecast, not a to-do list: nothing gets written down until you actually work. ALWAYS IN VIEW Your running session lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island the moment you start it, with a Home Screen widget for today's totals. Nothing to open, nothing to check — it's just there. PROJECTS Give a Work session a project, and every report can be split by it: how much time Design got this week versus last, how a client's hours add up over a month. Set a project's own session length or its own quiet-mode shortcuts whenever the defaults don't fit. QUIET MODE Starting Work can turn on your own iOS Focus for exactly as long as the session runs, and switch it back off the moment you pause — all through a Shortcut you already control. Nothing here reads your notifications or touches anyone else's data. WEEKLY DIGEST Once a week, a quiet nudge tells you your numbers are ready — this week against last, for every project that had one. No arrows, no color coding a "good" week versus a "bad" one. Just two totals, side by side. PRO: BLOCK THE APPS THAT PULL YOU AWAY Choose the apps, categories or websites that tempt you most, and they're unreachable for the whole time Work is running or paused — no exceptions, no five-minute snooze.
