WHAT YOU CAN DO • My Day — everything waiting on you today: tasks due, work in progress and approvals, in one screen. • Tasks — see what's assigned to you, update progress, add photos of completed work, log delays with a reason, and comment for the office. • Site — open any project you're on: daily progress reports, snag lists, checklists, drawings and documents. Raise a snag with a photo in seconds. • After Care — the service queue for post-handover tickets: see what's assigned to you with its SLA, schedule and complete customer visits, record the visit outcome with proof-of-work photos, and call or message the site contact with one tap. • Chat — team messaging inside the app. Company, department and per-project channels are created for you automatically, plus direct messages with any colleague. Send photos, mention teammates with @, and see read receipts. • Works offline — updates you make with no signal are queued and sync automatically once you're back in range.
