Räystäs – Home Logbook

What was done to the house, when, by whom, and what it cost. Räystäs (Finnish for "eave") is a maintenance logbook for your home: log a chimney sweep, a renovation or a new heat pump in ten seconds with a photo and the invoice, and find it years later when someone asks. ENTRIES ON A TIMELINE Maintenance, repairs, renovations and purchases with dates, costs and contractors. Attach photos and PDF invoices to the entry itself. Filter by type, search by word. DEVICES AND STRUCTURES Heat pump, ventilation unit, roof, well: purchase price, warranty, manuals and a service history of their own. Räystäs works out when the next service is due and shows what each part has cost. A YEAR CLOCK THAT REMINDS YOU Ready-made suggestions for a house, an apartment or a summer cottage. Mark a job done and it moves to the timeline. Reminders are your phone's own local notifications. METERS Electricity, water, district heat. Log a reading and see the consumption between readings. MAINTENANCE HISTORY AS A PDF Everything or one year, with or without photos, with or without costs. For a sale, an agent, an insurer or your own archive. YOUR DATA, ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-in. No cloud. No ads. Your photos, receipts and address stay on your phone. The whole book can be saved as a single file at any time, which is also how it moves to a new phone. Free for one home. Your home. Your records. Your device. Also written: Raystas.
