HardHat Log

HardHat Log is a site surveillance report tool for civil construction engineers. Fill a report in on site — even with no signal — and export a polished, ready-to-send PDF. REPORTS, START TO FINISH • A four-step wizard covers the day: project details, personnel on site, contractors and plant, categorised observations, and photos. • Weather fills itself in from your location and stays fully editable. • Autocomplete suggestions learn the names and phrases your workspace uses. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Offline-first: reports save to your device instantly and sync when you're back in coverage. • Photos are compressed on ingest, carry captions and timestamps, and lay out in a tidy grid. • Safety, traffic, quality, and environmental observations in structured fields. POLISHED PDF EXPORTS • One tap turns a report into a professional PDF with your company name and logo. • Share it by email, WhatsApp, or any app on your device. WORK SOLO OR AS A TEAM • Every account has a personal workspace; create a team of up to 25 and share reports across the crew with an invite code. • Reports stay with the team, and only the author (or the team owner) can edit them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads, no analytics, no trackers. Your data syncs to your account and nowhere else. • Delete your account — and its data — from inside the app at any time.
