EaseKid Player turns the videos you already own into a simple, safe TV for your child. No ads. No recommendations. No account. Nothing but the shows you chose. BUILT TO WATCH LESS, NOT MORE • A daily episode limit per channel, so an afternoon can include something educational rather than six episodes of one show. • A daily time cap and an available window, so the iPad isn't a television before breakfast or after bedtime. • Limits never cut off mid-episode. An episode that has started is always allowed to finish. THREE MODES, ONE PER AGE • Minimal (2-4): play and pause, nothing else on screen. Videos play in the order you set. • Channel Pick (5-7): your child chooses a channel, not an episode. • Full Control (8-10): channels, seasons and episodes. A PARENT AREA BEHIND A PASSCODE Add a source, star the folders that should become channels, set the limits, and see what was actually watched. Your child never sees any of it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, ever. No sign-in. • No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. • Your server password is stored only in the iOS Keychain. • The only network connection EaseKid Player makes is to your own server. WHAT YOU NEED • An iPad running iPadOS 16 or later. • Video files in folders on a shared network folder (SMB) your iPad can reach - a NAS, a Mac, or a PC. • EaseKid Player reads the folder structure you already have: a folder per show, with optional season folders inside. EaseKid Player does not include any video. It plays what you already own.
