Kheloge Partner is sports academy management software for the people who actually run an academy — owners, head coaches and venue staff. It puts the day's work on your phone: who is training, who turned up, who still owes fees, and what you are owed. TODAY Open the app to the sessions scheduled for today, how many athletes are expected at each, and which registers still need marking. ATTENDANCE THAT WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Mark every athlete present, absent, late or excused. Grounds often have poor reception, so a register is saved on the phone and sent when a signal returns. The app says plainly where the register is — saved on your phone, or safely with the academy — instead of claiming it is saved when it is not. The register opens fifteen minutes before the class so you are never waiting on it. ATHLETES AND BATCHES Keep the roster in one place. Search by name or phone, add athletes at the gate, or send a link and let the family fill in the date of birth, guardian and medical notes themselves. TEAM Invite coaches and staff over WhatsApp. They accept the invitation and set up their own account — you never type a password for anyone. FEES See who owes what, record a payment taken in cash or as card and UPI. No payment gateway runs on the device — the app records what was collected, it does not take the payment. COACH PAY Set what a coach is paid — a monthly amount, a rate per session, or a share of revenue — for the academy as a whole or for one batch that disagrees with it. EARNINGS AND PAYOUTS Coaches can see what they have earned and what has been paid out, session by session, without having to ask. VENUES AND BOOKINGS For grounds that rent out time: keep your venues and courts, see the day slot by slot, and take a booking at the counter. ENQUIRIES Track people who have asked about joining, so a prospective athlete does not get lost in a WhatsApp thread. MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS Coach at one academy and run another? Switch between businesses without signing out.
