HomeRig is a remote control for AI that runs on your own computer. Your computer does the work; HomeRig lets you use it from your iPhone or iPad — at home on Wi-Fi, or away from home over your own private network. NO COMPUTER YET? WHAT YOU NEED A Mac or PC running one or more of these free programs: ComfyUI (pictures and videos), LM Studio (AI chat) or Applio (voice). The in-app Setup Guide walks you through installing them and connecting, step by step. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Make pictures and videos — describe what you want and your computer creates it. HomeRig turns each ComfyUI workflow into a simple form: prompt, input photos, shape (portrait, landscape, square), video length and more. Watch live progress and get a notification when it's done. • Chat with an AI — talk to AI chat models running privately on your computer. Attach photos or documents, and ask the chat to create a picture or video for you. • Change a voice — record or pick an audio file and turn it into another voice, have text read aloud in a chosen voice, or train a new voice model from your own recordings. • Keep your results — every picture, video and voice clip is saved on your device. Save to Photos or share any time. • Favorites, default workflows, a prompt library and Face ID lock. HOW IT CONNECTS • At home: tap "Find on this Wi-Fi" and HomeRig finds your computer. • Away from home: connect through Tailscale, your own private, encrypted network. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • HomeRig has no servers and no AI of its own. Your prompts, photos and recordings go only to the computer address you enter — never to the developer. • Before anything is sent to a computer for the first time, HomeRig names that computer and asks for your permission. • No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
