My Folio : AI Daily Notebook

My Folio is a handwriting notebook for your iPad. Write with Apple Pencil, type on the same page, or hold record and talk. Every note lands in the day it happened, titles itself, files itself, and is still there to be found months later. NO FOLDERS, NO ACCOUNT There is no sign-up, no email and no password. My Folio makes a notebook for the device you are on and starts working. Each note is a tab across the top of its day, and the months you have written fill in down the rail beside it. There is no folder tree to build, and none to keep up. A REAL PEN ON A REAL PAGE - Five pen widths, a highlighter, and three eraser sizes - Lasso or box select to move, resize, duplicate or delete what you have drawn - Palm rejection switches itself on the first time a stylus touches the page - Lined, grid or blank paper in white, cream or dark, or Auto, which follows your theme - Fold both side panes away and let the sheet take the whole screen - Import a PDF or an image and write on top of it, a page at a time, up to sixty pages IT FILES ITSELF A handwritten page is read back into text as you write it. The note then takes a title, a short summary and one of your own folders, chosen to match what you wrote. You named nothing and filed nothing. TIDY Tidy reads the page you just wrote and sets it as a clean document: headings, bullets, checklists, tables, and maths rendered properly rather than approximated. Nothing is summarised and nothing is reordered. Your ink is untouched underneath, and the toggle at the top of the page says Handwritten or Tidy. THE PLAN SITS BESIDE THE PAGE Morning, midday, afternoon and evening, with to-dos you can add yourself or have your notebook add for you. SEARCH, THEN ASK Search looks through what you typed, what you were transcribed saying, and the text read back from your handwriting. Search is free and never counts against your AI actions. Ask Folio goes further: a panel beside the note you are in, reading everything in your book instead of just the page in front of you, and answering with the dates it drew from. RECORD WHILE YOU WRITE Start recording and keep writing. The take attaches to that note, gets transcribed, and the transcript is searchable with everything else. TWO APPS, ONE NOTEBOOK My Folio on the iPad is the notebook. My Folio Voice on your iPhone is the microphone you already carry. Pair them once with a six-digit code and they are the same book. One subscription covers both. YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS Export a note or a whole day as a PDF through the share sheet. Your handwriting goes out as pages, and the text read back from it travels with the file as real, selectable text. Connect Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive for a nightly one-way backup that saves each note as a PDF in a My Folio folder. One row in Settings erases every note, page and recording from our servers. Your notes are never used to train models, never sold, and never used for advertising. PRICING Writing, drawing, the planner, search and PDF export are free and stay free. The free plan includes 25 AI actions a month. Folio Pro is 6.99 USD a month or 49.99 USD a year for unlimited AI actions. Fair use: after 500 AI actions in a month, AI keeps working on a faster, lighter model. A subscription that lapses only puts you back on the free plan's 25 AI actions a month; no note turns read-only. WHAT COUNTS AS AN AI ACTION Reading a handwritten page back into text, tidying a page, transcribing a recording, and asking your notebook a question. Writing, drawing, planning, searching and exporting never count, and the title, summary and folder a note gets afterwards are free. BEFORE YOU START Your notebook lives on our servers and the app holds a live connection to it, so My Folio is not built for long stretches offline.
