Gokyuva

Gökyuva is a confidential reporting and counseling platform for schools. Students tell the counseling team of their own school about bullying and similar problems without their name being shown to the staff; the team handles the case securely; the student follows up with a tracking code and keeps talking to the counselor. This app works if your school uses Gökyuva. Your account is created by your school and you receive your login details from the school. There is no sign-up, no payment and no advertising. FOR STUDENTS • Pick a topic, describe what happened, optionally attach a photo or a voice note. Voice notes are altered on your device; the original is never sent. • You choose who receives the report; only the counselor or psychologist you selected can see it. • Follow the status with your tracking code and write to the counselor; your name stays hidden. • Daily "How are you today?" check-in, school announcements, climate survey, live polls and quizzes. • In an emergency, 112 and 183 are one tap away. FOR PARENTS • School and class board announcements, creating and following reports. FOR COUNSELORS AND TEACHERS • Priority score, first-review commitment and automatic escalation when a report waits too long: nothing gets forgotten. • Case ownership, internal notes, intervention checklist, timeline, printable case report. • Teacher invitations: an invited teacher sees only what happens after the invitation and never sees who reported. • Statistics dashboard, school climate report and push notifications. FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS • Create staff and student accounts and print login details class by class. Administrators never have access to case content. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • No open link is stored between a report and a student account. The only link is an encrypted envelope, opened only when legally required, with separate approval from the school and the platform, and always logged. • Content is additionally encrypted at the application layer; every access is written to an audit trail. • No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers. Push notifications carry only a count and a type, never a name or content. • Closed cases are permanently deleted when their retention period ends.
