About

ZUZA is a small dock by your door, and an app that knows when the phone is resting on it. You come home. You put the phone on the dock. That's it. That's the whole ritual, and it works because it is physical. There is no decision to make every evening, no willpower to spend, and no app nagging you — the place itself is the reminder. Research suggests that habits tied to a fixed location hold up far better than habits that depend on a decision. What ZUZA does • Notices the phone was placed down, through a small tag on the dock • Measures how long it rests there • Notices on its own when you pick it up, and ends the measurement right then • Shows you what happened today. That's all. What ZUZA does not do • Never sends notifications. Not once. • No scores, no streaks, no comparison to yesterday • Blocks nothing on your phone. You can pick it up any moment • Never asks for your location. The door knows where it is • Never shows anyone what someone else did The door is the dashboard If you want to know whether the phone is home, you look at the door. There is no screen showing who docked and when, and there never will be. ZUZA was built for homes where people trust each other. What is stored Each time the phone rests, one row is saved: when it started, when it ended, how long, and how it ended. Along with the name of the home and the name of the door, exactly as you typed them. No location, no contacts, no device identifier, no tracking. No ads. No tag yet? You can still start Even without the physical dock you can install, create a door, and mark by hand when the phone is down and when it is taken. The tag only makes it automatic. Hebrew and English, right-to-left and left-to-right.Read more
