Find Asset is the companion app to the Find Asset asset-management platform. Your organization signs up and manages its plan on the web; this app is where your team works with assets every day. With Find Asset you can: • Register assets with IDs, categories, departments and locations • Assign assets to people and track custody with check-in / check-out • Scan QR and barcode labels with the camera to pull up any asset instantly • Set up locations with GPS geofences and see scan activity on a map • Schedule and record maintenance, and keep an audit trail of every change • Manage users across roles — administrators, managers, recorders, employees and label designers — with role-based access • Run asset, assignment, maintenance, inventory and financial reports • Get notifications about assignments, movements and account activity • Delete your own account and data from inside the app at any time Accounts are created by your organization's administrator.
