About

Boberizer is a day planner and a small pipeline in one app, made for people who run their own work: freelancers, contractors, one-person firms. It answers two questions a to-do list cannot - what actually fits in today, and which job needs you before it goes cold. WHAT FITS IN TODAY A task here has a shape. You say where you do it, roughly how long it takes, and when it is due. From that the app builds the day and tells you, before you commit, that eleven hours of work will not fit into a seven-hour day. Meetings count too. Turn on the calendar and the hours already claimed come off the ones you have left, so "five hours free" stops being a lie on a day full of calls. THINGS YOU CAN DO IN ONE GO Two errands at the same post office are not two trips. The app groups work by where it happens and what it needs, then says so out loud: while you are at the tax office, get three things done. Five calls become one run instead of five interruptions. A SMALL PIPELINE, NOT A CRM Deals carry money and a stage: a lead, an offer, work in progress, delivered, paid. The amount means something different at each one - what you hope for, what you quoted, what you agreed - and the app keeps the offer beside the agreement, so a year from now it can tell you how far you move off your own price. It also watches the quiet ones. A deal nobody has touched in three weeks is going cold, and you will hear about it. THE DECK Everything waiting on a decision comes one card at a time: an overdue task, a lead that needs a call, a habit you have not ticked. Swipe right for done, left for tomorrow. It takes three seconds each and ends when the day is clear. WHAT ELSE IS IN THERE • Clients, with the deals and the money attached to each • Habits with streaks, measured against the days you meant to do them • Notes for what you cannot name yet, turned into a task or a deal later • A month view where a red day means the work does not fit • Reminders you set per task and per deal, not one blunt setting for everything • Backups you save yourself, in a plain readable file • Polish and English, following your phone or whichever you pick YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No server. No analytics. Nothing to sign up for and nothing to leak, because the app never opens a network connection of its own. The calendar is read-only and nothing is ever written back to it. Notifications are scheduled locally by the app itself.Read more
