helm tours

Helm is the app for professional tour guides. If you guide for an agency, your work arrives in a dozen different ways: a message here, a spreadsheet there, a call the night before. Helm puts it in one place. YOUR SCHEDULE Every departure you have been assigned, in the order you will do them. Tap a tour to see the meeting point, the start time, and how many guests to expect and contacts. ACCEPT OR DECLINE When your agency assigns you a tour, you get a notification and decide. No silent bookings, no double-booking yourself. THE DETAILS THAT MATTER ON THE DAY Pickup locations with directions, guest counts, and tickets — ready before you leave, not while you are standing at the meeting point. TALK TO YOUR AGENCY Message the office about a specific tour, or about anything else. Questions land next to the departure they are about. Helm is free for guides. Your agency provides your account. Requires an account with a tour agency that uses Helm.
