HRPay: HR & Attendance

HRPay is an HR and attendance service for companies. Employees check in at a face recognition terminal, and HRPay turns those events into timesheets and payroll. The mobile app gives managers, HR staff and employees access to the service from their phone. For managers and HR • Attendance: check-ins and check-outs recorded by the terminal, manual records and correction requests. • Timesheets: worked time, late arrivals and absences for each day, based on work schedules and holidays. • Payroll: monthly salary calculation that takes advances into account. • Employees: personal records, position and department history, documents and face photo. • Terminals: connect a face recognition terminal on your local network and enroll employees with their photo right from the phone. • Tasks and projects: boards with columns, assignees and comments. • Structure and access: branches, buildings, departments, positions, roles and permissions. For employees • My attendance and my payroll. • Notifications about check-ins, tasks and advances. • Colleagues' birthdays. Security and privacy • Sign in with your phone number and password; optional biometric or pattern lock. • Each organization sees only its own data, and access is limited by role. • All data is transferred over HTTPS.
