Tallyn: Tally Counter

Tallyn is a tally counter that gets out of the way. Open it, tap, and the number goes up. Nothing to set up, no account, no internet. COUNT ANYTHING Gym reps and sets. Knitting and crochet rows. People through a door. Stock on a shelf. Laps in a pool. Prayer beads. The score. Make as many counters as you like and give each one a name, an icon and a colour. BUILT FOR COUNTING WITHOUT LOOKING The whole middle of the screen is the button, so your thumb cannot miss it. Every count answers with a click and a tap you can feel, both of which you can turn off. The click plays even with the ringer switch off, because that is where a counter lives. STEPS, TARGETS AND UNDO Count by one, or by twelve. Set a target and watch the bar fill; Tallyn tells you how many are left and says so when you get there. Miscounted? Undo puts it back. TWO AT ONCE Split the screen between two counters and keep both without switching. Team A against Team B. People entering against people leaving. The difference is worked out for you. SESSIONS Start a session to time a stretch of counting and see your pace as you go, then keep the result. IT REMEMBERS Every count is written down, so history is a real record rather than a guess. Look back by day, week or month, see which day was your best, and export any counter as CSV or JSON. ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR HOME SCREEN Count from the Apple Watch app with your phone in your pocket, or from a home screen widget without opening anything. Counts made anywhere show up everywhere, and they still arrive after being offline. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Tallyn speaks 55 languages, with the numerals, plurals and dates each one actually uses. It reads right to left where it should. FREE, AND HONEST ABOUT IT Every feature is free, with no counter limit and no history limit. Tallyn is paid for by ads, and there is never an ad on the screen while you are counting. Watch a short ad and the rest of them go away for a day. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your counters live on your device. Their names never leave it, not in analytics and not in a bug report. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to.
