Snap & Remind

Photograph a bill, appointment card or school notice and it becomes a scheduled reminder in under 15 seconds. Paper piles up. Screenshots get buried. Snap & Remind takes the document in front of you and turns it into something your phone will actually remind you about — no typing dates, no re-reading the fine print later. Snap or Pick, Then Confirm Take a photo, or choose a screenshot you already have. The app reads the title, due dates and amounts, then shows you a review screen. Nothing is saved until you confirm it, and fields it couldn't find stay blank rather than guessing. Reminders With Sensible Lead Times Each category gets a lead time that makes sense: bills three days ahead, vehicle and medical seven, appointments the day before. You can change any date, time, reminder or category after saving. Ten Categories for Real Households Bill, Appointment, School, Event, Home, Vehicle, Pet, Purchase, Medical and Other. Enough structure to find things again, not so much that filing becomes another chore. Quick to Clear Swipe to complete or delete, with a five-second undo in case you were too fast. Photos are only pruned after the undo window closes. Private by Design Your items sync across your devices through your own iCloud account. Your data lives in your personal iCloud — not on our servers. About AI Scanning Reading a document uses AI models operated by third parties. Before your first scan the app names each provider, explains exactly what is sent, and asks your permission. You can turn scanning off at any time in Settings and add items by hand instead. Free and Unlimited Where It Counts The free plan includes ten AI scans per month. Saving items, reminders and iCloud sync are unlimited, always. Built for busy households and parents juggling bills, medical appointments, school paperwork, pet care, car renewals and home tasks — the things that only become urgent once they're late. Download Snap & Remind and clear the pile one photo at a time.
