Beloplan

Beloplan is the mobile companion to the Beloplan construction ERP. One app for the whole company: the crew on site and the office behind them, each seeing only their own work. ON SITE • Clock in and out in one tap, on the right project. • Work through today's task list, and finish a task with the photo that proves it. • Report a problem where you find it, with pictures. • Record the materials you used — scan the barcode or pick from the catalogue. • Request leave, and see what was approved. • Read the site's documents and its journal. IN THE OFFICE • One approvals inbox: timesheets, absences, expense claims and material requests. • Quotes and invoices — draft one, adjust it, issue it, and correct it with a proper credit note. • Leads and opportunities, customers and suppliers, the price library. • Purchase orders, goods receipts, stocktakes and stock transfers. • Planning, projects, the team, the vehicles, and the reports. BUILT FOR THE WAY A SITE ACTUALLY WORKS • Four languages — Dutch, French, English and Romanian. Switch in the app; nothing restarts. • Large targets and high contrast, for a phone used with gloves on, in the sun. • A worker's phone never shows a price, a cost or a margin. That is built into the app, not a setting somebody can flip by accident. • The financial screens are protected against screen recording and mirroring. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO • No location tracking. The app never asks where you are, and cannot find out. • It needs a connection to record work. With no signal it says so, and saves nothing behind your back. Beloplan is for companies that already use Beloplan. Sign in with your company account — there is nothing to set up.
