RT Loans

RT Loans is the staff app of the RT Loans platform: software that savings groups, SACCOs, investment clubs and microfinance organisations use to run their lending. The organisation is the lender. It records its members and borrowers, the loans it makes to them and their repayments. ResiliaTech provides the software; it does not lend, arrange credit or set rates. Sign-in is for the organisation's team only, with an account the organisation creates: borrowers do not use this app and nobody can apply for a loan through it. LOANS MANAGED ON RT LOANS Loan terms are set by each organisation and recorded by its staff in the app. - Repayment periods: from one month to 60 months. - Interest: organisations on RT Loans charge up to 10% per month simple interest (maximum APR 120%). - Representative example: a loan of USD 1,000 over 12 months at 5% per month simple interest costs USD 600 in interest; total repayable USD 1,600 in 12 monthly instalments of USD 133.33. ResiliaTech charges borrowers nothing; any fees are set and disclosed by the organisation. WHAT STAFF CAN DO - Manage the loan book: record new loans, approvals with maker-checker, schedules, repayments, top-ups, waivers and write-offs. - Send loan offer letters to borrowers for signing. - Track member contributions, the cash ledger and branch operations. - Keep member and borrower records with per-role access control. - See reports on portfolio, arrears and income, and review the audit trail. - See the organisation's software subscription and payments. The subscription is paid on the web, not in this app. BUILT FOR TEAMS Every user has a role (owner, admin, treasurer, secretary, officer, approver or viewer) and the app shows only what that role is allowed to use, matching exactly what the server enforces. Belong to more than one organisation? Switch between them in a tap. SECURE BY DESIGN Sign-in uses your organisation's dedicated identity service. Your session is kept in your device's secure storage, the app can lock behind Face ID or your passcode, and sensitive actions ask you to confirm your identity again. NEED HELP?
