About
LocaTrack is a parts-inventory app built for small electrical contractors and the trades. Keep an accurate count of every part across your shop and your trucks, know the moment something runs low, and see what each job actually cost in materials - without a spreadsheet or a subscription. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Record stock as you work: receive, use, adjust, or transfer between locations with large, glove-friendly buttons. • Scan a barcode or QR label to jump straight to a part. • Print QR labels for your bins, shelves, and trucks. KNOW YOUR STOCK • See on-hand quantity per location - shop, truck, or job site. • Low-stock alerts when a part hits its reorder point. • Build a reorder list and send it straight to your supplier. JOB COSTING • Tag parts used to a job and see a per-job materials cost report. • Export any job's cost breakdown as a CSV. MADE FOR A CREW • Owner and Technician roles: technicians record stock in the field but never see cost or pricing. • Share one inventory across your team. Everyone's changes merge automatically - no lost counts. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Everything syncs privately through your own iCloud account. • No accounts to create, no servers collecting your data, no ads, no tracking. LocaTrack works on iPhone and iPad.Read more
