About

Your pain. Your words. A clearer story for your next visit. When someone asks how you have been feeling, the small details can be hard to remember. Pain Journal gives them a place: where it hurt, how it felt, how long it lasted and what you want to ask next. RECORD WHAT MATTERS TO YOU Log pain intensity from 0 to 10, location, time and duration. Add symptoms, notes and optional measurements, in your own words. Use the 3D body reference to mark a location when words are not enough. SEE YOUR DAYS MORE CLEARLY Return to dated entries and view your recorded observations over time. Keep your notes together so you do not have to rely on memory alone. CHECK IN ON HOW YOU FEEL Choose a daily symptom check-in time. Mark a symptom as gone, add a new entry if it is still there, or stop reminders for that symptom. You can undo an answer. Notification text keeps symptom names off your lock screen. Open the app regularly to keep reminders scheduled. BRING YOUR STORY TO THE VISIT Choose a date range and prepare a visit summary with your observations, notes and questions. Preview it before sharing a clearly formatted PDF or plain text. PDFs are generated on your device. CSV and JSON exports are also available. CHOOSE WHAT STAYS VISIBLE Hide sensitive entries from your home screen, history, observations, visit summaries and exports. View or restore them in Settings > Hidden entries. Hiding controls visibility; it does not encrypt or lock entries. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Core journaling works on your device without registration. Your journal entries stay on-device; cloud journal sync is not enabled. Optional local reminders help you make room for a check-in. WRITE IN YOUR OWN WORDS The interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Arabic and Italian. Your own notes stay in the language you wrote them. A little reflection. A clearer record. Pain Journal is a recording and communication tool, not a medical device for diagnosis or treatment. It does not identify causes, recommend treatment or provide emergency care. Body and organ models are general visual references, not your individual anatomy. For urgent help, contact local emergency services.Read more
