PALETRA: Equipment Rental

PALETRA is built for people who rent out construction equipment and machinery. No more paper contracts, scattered phone notes or "who owed what" confusion. • ALL YOUR MACHINES ON ONE SCREEN See at a glance which machine is available, on rent or in maintenance. Engine hours or odometer readings are tracked with the machine. • CONTRACTS ON YOUR PHONE Pick the customer and the machine, set the period and the rate, take handover photos and collect the customer's signature with a finger. The PDF contract is ready instantly — send it over WhatsApp or print it. On return you record the meter, damage notes and extra charges; the amount is finalised and a return report PDF is produced. • TRACK THE MONEY Deposits, advance payments, rent and extras are recorded separately, and the app states clearly that a deposit does not reduce the debt. Remind a customer of the outstanding balance over WhatsApp in one tap. • MAINTENANCE AND DOCUMENTS Plan recurring jobs such as an oil change by hours, kilometres or days. Get reminded when they are due, and 30, 7 and 1 days before insurance or inspection documents expire. • TODAY SCREEN Open the app in the morning and see today's handovers and returns, overdue rentals, maintenance due, expiring documents and your outstanding balance. • REPORTS Monthly revenue, revenue and utilisation per machine, maintenance cost, and CSV export for Excel. • YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account, no password, no internet required — it works on a site with no signal. Your data is not on our servers; it is on your phone. That is why backup is a core feature: one tap packs all records and photos into a single file you can send to Drive, e-mail or WhatsApp, and restore on a new phone. • PRIVACY Customer details, contracts and photos never leave your device. No ads, no tracking. • TURKISH, ENGLISH, ARABIC Interface and PDF contracts in three languages, with right-to-left layout in Arabic. PRICING The free tier includes EVERY feature for up to 2 machines, with no time limit. For more machines choose Starter (10 machines) or Unlimited. If a subscription ends your data is never deleted — you can still read everything.
