Minder: Focus Eyes

Minder turns your phone into a pair of eyes that watch you work. Prop your phone up, slide to focus, and get to it. The eyes stay with you: they blink, glance around, raise an eyebrow, look proud when you've been going a while, and get very suspicious if you pick your phone up mid-session. It's body doubling for people with ADHD, or anyone who works better when someone's watching. No lists, no streak guilt, no feeds. Just a black screen and two eyes that care whether you're working. WHAT THE EYES DO • Blink, look around, and react with a dozen expressions: attentive, focused, happy, proud, curious, suspicious, stern, sleepy and more • Notice when the phone is picked up or moved during a session • Optional: follow your face using the front camera, look for you when you leave, and cheer up when you come back.
