CAPTURE RECEIPTS Photograph a paper receipt or pick one from your library, add the details, and submit it for employer reimbursement. Stay current on jobs without waiting until you are back in the office. LOG MILEAGE Record business trips and estimate distance with location, so mileage reimbursement is simple to submit and review. REQUEST PURCHASES Create requisitions with line items, vendors, and estimated cost. Send them for manager approval before supplies or services are bought in the real world. APPROVE ON THE GO Managers and bookkeepers can review submitted expenses and requisitions, then approve or reject with a clear note, from a phone or tablet. INVOICES, BILLS, AND PAYMENTS Bookkeepers can check customer invoices and vendor bills, and log payments that customers already made outside the app (check, EFT, or cash).
