About
Cone Cupboard is the kit cupboard, written down. Every ball, cone, bib set, net, first-aid kit and pump gets a shelf, a count, a condition and a photo. Kit is signed out to a coach or a team for a session and signed back in, so the cupboard always says who has the bibs. THE CUPBOARD Add a kit line with how many you own, the point below which you want to reorder, its condition and a photo. Group by shelf or by type, search by name, size or shelf, and filter straight to what is low, what is damaged and what is out right now. SIGNED OUT, NOT GUESSED Sign kit out to a name with a quantity, a session and a return date. The cupboard count drops until it comes home, so "on the shelf" means on the shelf. Sign it back in with a condition and a note. THE MATCHDAY BAG Eleven ready-made checklists — home and away matchdays, youth fixtures, training nights, goalkeeper clinics, tournaments, indoor futsal, preseason, cup final day — or build your own from your cupboard. Tick the bag off at the car; the must-haves you have missed are flagged, and so is anything the cupboard cannot cover. THREE REMINDERS, NOTHING ELSE A nudge on the day a sign-out is due, naming the coach and the item. One weekend sweep listing everything still out. A quiet note when a line falls under its order level. THE SEASON Sign-outs by month, the condition of the cupboard, who borrows most, bags packed, and a replace-soon list of everything low or damaged — one order list to take to the committee. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no adverts and no network calls at all.Read more
