3DN1 is a phone app for 3D printing — browse printable parts, size them, and send the job to your printer on the same Wi‑Fi. No host PC in the middle. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse the 3DN1 catalog of printable parts and kits (toys, makers, craft builds) • Connect to your LAN 3D printer from your phone (Path B) — send a print and check status • Orbit-scan an object with your camera and turn it into something you can print • Use Cam when your printer has a camera so you can watch the bed remotely • Save creations to your library and print again later WHO IT’S FOR Makers, hobbyists, and anyone with a Wi‑Fi / LAN 3D printer who wants design → print from their pocket. 1) Shape writer — Settings → Shape writer. Built-in shapes need nothing. A custom shape is written by Anthropic on our host connection after the account taps “Allow custom shapes” (disclosure: description and any scan photos for that build go to Anthropic; results can be wrong). Optional “Use your own Anthropic key” is collapsed; not required. Free beta — no in-app purchase, no token packs. 2) Orbit without the printed capture mat — size comes from the scale ladder (mat if present, then phone motion tracking on iOS, then a bank card / reference in the frames). Size is never typed.
