About

Roll a hedge. Press a pattern. Restore five historic gardens. Boxwood Roll is a calm, clever puzzle about the gardeners who keep old estates in shape. You tip a carved boxwood cube across a voxel lawn, one edge at a time. Some faces of the cube are cut with patterns, and whenever a carved face lands underneath, it presses that clipping into the grass. Finish the garden by making the lawn match the head gardener's plan. It sounds simple until the order starts to matter. A later press overwrites an earlier one, blank faces leave a tile alone, and every roll turns the cube into a new position. Plan a few moves ahead, and the lawn falls into place. FIVE ESTATES, 120 GARDENS - Ashcombe House: striped lawns and rose beds around a baroque sundial - Lindenhall: Tudor knot gardens cut apart by gravel walks - Marrowgate Park: a Victorian yew maze where corridors fix the order of your faces - Willowmere: brass sprinklers that wash nearby tiles back to wild grass every few rolls - Castle Ravenholt: every rule at once, inside a medieval curtain wall A NEW PLAN EVERY MORNING A daily garden plan arrives each day. Finish it on consecutive mornings to grow your streak, and turn on a gentle morning notification if you like. YOUR OWN ESTATE Photograph your own garden, yard or balcony, or choose a picture, and hang it above your personal estate page. Name your estate, climb from Apprentice Weeder to Head Gardener, and collect sixteen ribbons. POSTCARDS FROM EVERY GARDEN Each finished garden sends a postcard to your journal with your stars and rolls. Save your favourites to Photos or share them. MADE FOR THINKING, NOT RUSHING - Swipe to roll, twist two fingers to walk around the diorama - Unlimited undo and restart - Hints that show the next roll or tell you how far to step back - Plan stakes on the board flag tiles that still differ - Optional on-screen roll pad - Stars for finishing at par - Light and dark appearance, iPhone and iPad, portrait and landscape No accounts, no ads, no tracking and no in-app purchases. Everything is stored on your device and works offline.Read more
