Luzita: Daily Prayer Reminder

Wanting to pray is not the problem; remembering is. You start on Monday, forget by Thursday, and on Sunday you feel far from God again. Luzita is a little light for that: it reminds you to pray at the time you choose and gives you the prayer and verse of the day, with your name in it. Luzita is written in Spanish (Mexico), with a Brazilian Portuguese edition — prayers composed for this app. The interface follows your phone's language (Spanish or Portuguese); an English edition is planned. HOW IT WORKS • Tell us who or what you pray for: peace, family, children, health, work, forgiveness, protection, a stronger faith. • Choose the kind of prayers you want to see: Catholic (with Mary and the saints), Christian (Bible only) or all. It is a content preference: it stays on your phone and is never shared. • Pick how many reminders a day and between which hours. Angelus at noon if you want it. REMINDERS YOU CONTROL Morning prayer, Angelus, night prayer. Normal notifications, not alarms: they stop when you say so and respect silent mode. WIDGET Your verse or prayer on the home screen and lock screen. It rotates on its own through the day, without opening the app and without internet. SCRIPTURE ONLY, WITH REFERENCE Every verse carries its citation and version (Psalm 23:1, RV1909). Public-domain and freely licensed translations only: Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish) and Bíblia Livre (Portuguese, CC BY). No coach quotes, no preachers. 20 CATEGORIES AND MOMENTS OF THE DAY Free: Waking up · Before bed · Gratitude · Peace and anxiety · Psalms · Verse of the day.
