Hills Park HOA is a private portal for homeowners associations. Each association's board sets it up, adds its residents, and runs the community from one place, so nothing important gets lost in email threads and paper notices. For residents: - Discussions with your neighbors, with photos, in General and Free Stuff - The community's finances, updated by the board - The project tracker: what is scheduled, what is done, and ideas up for a vote - Meeting recaps and the governing documents - Neighborhood news and events, with a quick way to submit your own - A resident directory with unit numbers - Push notifications for discussion activity, with your own preferences For the board: - Publish news, events and meeting recaps - Approve resident submissions - Update the money figures - Pin, lock and archive discussions - Add residents and set roles Everything is private to your association. Accounts are created by your board, so there is no public signup. If you belong to more than one association, pick which one to open after signing in. Sign-in is by a code emailed to the address your board has on file. No passwords to remember.
