About

Accrue is an iPhone hour tracker for psychotherapy trainees working toward LMFT, LPC or LMHC, LCSW, or psychology licensure. It keeps supervised experience organized across your degree program, licensing board, and personal targets without making you enter the same hour more than once. LOG HOURS ONCE Record a session in seconds with the activity, duration, site, supervisor, client type, age group, modality, and an optional note. Accrue remembers recent choices to make the next entry faster. For live sessions, start the built-in timer and follow it from the app or its Live Activity. When the session ends, Accrue creates the entry for you. Each entry is evaluated independently against every ledger you keep. The same hour can contribute to a board requirement, a program requirement, and a custom target when each one's rules allow it. KNOW WHAT COUNTS See totals, subtotals, caps, supervision units, weekly requirements, lookback periods, and other limits for each active ledger. When an entry or week does not count, Accrue explains why instead of quietly leaving it out. Supported rule presets cite the board or accreditor source and show when it was checked. Built-in board figures cover selected tracks in California, Texas, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, Virginia, Washington, Michigan, North Carolina, and Georgia. Program ledgers cover CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE, and APA standards, with a searchable directory of accredited programs. Other states receive a clearly labeled placeholder ledger so unverified figures are never presented as official requirements. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS The Home screen shows current totals, this week's direct, indirect, and supervision activity, and a plain-language pace reading with the arithmetic behind it. The Dashboard adds charts for hours over time, cumulative progress, client-hour mix, and qualifying weeks. Choose which cards to show, rearrange them, or place the ones you use most on Home. KEEP THE REST OF THE PATH TOGETHER Track practicum, internship, graduation, registration, and licensure stages on one timeline. Keep current and past sites and supervisors attached to the right dates, so older entries retain their original context. For supported programs and boards, add checklists for paperwork and dated requirements. You can also create your own tasks, mark completed work, and receive one local reminder before a dated task is due. IMPORT, REPORT, AND EXPORT Bring in existing hours with Accrue's CSV template. Importing the same file twice does not duplicate the entries. Create a weekly PDF for one site and have your supervisor sign it on your iPhone. Generate a comprehensive PDF for any date range, or export and copy your records as a spreadsheet-ready CSV. Exports can include dates, activities, durations, sites, supervisors, client categories, modalities, and your own notes. SYNC AND PRIVACY Sign in with Apple or email to sync ledgers, hours, sites, supervisors, tasks, and weekly summaries across your devices. Accrue has no ads and does not use your records for ads or cross-app tracking. Accrue is designed for hour records, not clinical records. Do not enter client names or clinical content. PAID ACCESS Accrue has no free version. Eligible new subscribers can try monthly for 7 days or annual for 14 days. Monthly is $4.99, annual is $49.99, and lifetime access is $89.99. Prices may vary by storefront and are confirmed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Terms: https://roomtogrowllc.com/accrue/terms/ Privacy: https://roomtogrowllc.com/accrue/privacy/ Accrue is a record-keeping aid. It reports how the published rules represented in the app apply to your records. It does not determine whether a board, school, or program will accept hours or whether you are eligible for licensure.Read more
