Rightsize - Move Management

Rightsize by Top Tier Transitions is the companion app for anyone navigating a move or downsizing — whether you're moving to a smaller home, transitioning to a senior living community, or helping a loved one through the process. Working with Top Tier Transitions, your entire project lives in one place: • Item Catalog — Every item being sorted, sold, donated, or moved, cataloged with photos and AI-assisted descriptions so you always know where things stand. • Plan & Schedule — See your move timeline, key dates, and daily schedule at a glance. • Communication Hub — Message your Top Tier Transitions team directly and keep the whole family in the loop. • Rightsize also supports referral partners — senior living communities, realtors, movers, and other professionals — with a dedicated portal to track referred projects. Top Tier Transitions has helped families all over the midwest. Rightsize brings that same guided, organized experience to your phone.
