About
Quiltd is a shared home for the things two people have to keep track of together — the chores, the bills, the filter that needs changing, the policy that quietly expires in March. It is built for a household of two. Not a project manager, not a family organizer with twelve seats. Two people, one house, and the handful of things that go wrong when nobody is sure whose turn it was. TAKE TURNS WITHOUT KEEPING SCORE Chores can alternate between you automatically. Whose turn it is this week is worked out from the calendar, not from a tally someone has to maintain, so nobody has to remember who did the bathroom last time. Tick something off on your phone and it disappears from theirs a second later. CHORES THAT RESET THEMSELVES Daily chores clear overnight, weekly ones on Monday morning, monthly ones on the first. You never reset a list, and an old checkmark never quietly makes it look like the kitchen is clean. BILLS BEFORE THEY ARE LATE Every bill with its amount, its day of the month, and whether it is on autopay. Anything billed every six months or once a year waits until the month it is actually due instead of cluttering the list. The month view spreads those across the months they cover, so a six-month insurance payment shows up as what it really costs you each month rather than a spike. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE ON TIME Quiltd schedules reminders on your phone itself — bills three days before they are due and again on the day, upkeep when its interval comes round, renewals a month before they lapse. They work with no signal, and each person sets their own, so turning yours off does not change anything for anyone else. THE THINGS YOU ONLY NEED TWICE A YEAR The upkeep that runs on intervals rather than dates — the AC filter, the smoke detectors, the dryer vent. Renewals that cost you if they lapse. Contacts for the leasing office and the after-hours maintenance line. The network name and where its password is kept. AND THE WEEK ITSELF Dinner for each night, a grocery list grouped the way the shop is laid out, and a calendar you can export to Apple, Google or Outlook in one file with its repeating rules intact. QUILTD DOES NOT STORE YOUR PASSWORDS There is nowhere in the app to type an account password or a Wi-Fi key. It records where each one lives — your password manager, the keychain — so whoever needs it knows where to look. Nothing to leak. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No adverts. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. Nothing is sold, and nothing leaves your household. You can download everything you have entered as a single file whenever you like, and delete your account from inside the app in two taps. Setting up takes about a minute. Quiltd asks who lives here, what you pay and what needs doing, with the common answers already filled in — so three taps of Continue is a perfectly good setup.Read more
Quiltd is a shared home for the things two people have to keep track of
together — the chores, the bills, the filter that needs changing, the policy
that quietly expires in March.
It is built for a household of two. Not a project manager, not a family
organizer with twelve seats. Two people, one house, and
the handful of things that go wrong when nobody is sure whose turn it was.
TAKE TURNS WITHOUT KEEPING SCORE
Chores can alternate between you automatically. Whose turn it is this week is
worked out from the calendar, not from a tally someone has to maintain, so
nobody has to remember who did the bathroom last time. Tick something off on
your phone and it disappears from theirs a second later.
CHORES THAT RESET THEMSELVES
Daily chores clear overnight, weekly ones on Monday morning, monthly ones on
the first. You never reset a list, and an old checkmark never quietly makes
it look like the kitchen is clean.
BILLS BEFORE THEY ARE LATE
Every bill with its amount, its day of the month, and whether it is on
autopay. Anything billed every six months or once a year waits until the
month it is actually due instead of cluttering the list. The month view
spreads those across the months they cover, so a six-month insurance payment
shows up as what it really costs you each month rather than a spike.
REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE ON TIME
Quiltd schedules reminders on your phone itself — bills three days before
they are due and again on the day, upkeep when its interval comes round,
renewals a month before they lapse. They work with no signal, and each person
sets their own, so turning yours off does not change anything for anyone else.
THE THINGS YOU ONLY NEED TWICE A YEAR
The upkeep that runs on intervals rather than dates — the AC filter, the
smoke detectors, the dryer vent. Renewals that cost you if they lapse.
Contacts for the leasing office and the after-hours maintenance line. The
network name and where its password is kept.
AND THE WEEK ITSELF
Dinner for each night, a grocery list grouped the way the shop is laid out,
and a calendar you can export to Apple, Google or Outlook in one file with
its repeating rules intact.
QUILTD DOES NOT STORE YOUR PASSWORDS
There is nowhere in the app to type an account password or a Wi-Fi key. It
records where each one lives — your password manager, the keychain — so
whoever needs it knows where to look. Nothing to leak.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No adverts. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. Nothing is sold, and
nothing leaves your household. You can download everything you have entered
as a single file whenever you like, and delete your account from inside the
app in two taps.
Setting up takes about a minute. Quiltd asks who lives here, what you pay and
what needs doing, with the common answers already filled in — so three taps
of Continue is a perfectly good setup.

- Version 1.0.2First seen · 23 Sept 2026
A new icon, a way back in if you forget your password, and fixes: the Today tabs are readable in dark mode again, scrolling bounces like it should, and joining a household no longer overwrites the other person's name. Quiltd is now $3 a month, one purchase for the whole household. Homes set up before this update are not affected.
