About
Wake-App is a calm, all-in-one productivity companion. • Tasks and projects – capture to-dos with priorities, due dates, checklists, an Eisenhower matrix and Kanban boards. Share a project by link or email and assign tasks to teammates. • Habits – build daily routines with streaks, reminders and progress you can see. • Focus – a Pomodoro-style timer with session history and sound effects. • Calendar – day, week, timeline and month views, all-day events, and your Google Calendar alongside your tasks. • Notes – paper-style pages you can type on and write over with a pen, highlighter and eraser (Apple Pencil supported), voice recordings, photos, checklists and subjects to keep everything organised. Diary entries track your mood and energy. • Rewards – every completed task earns in-app money. Spend it on houses and cars in the shop, show off your collection and see who tops the leaderboard. • Roles and goals – connect what you do every day to what matters. • Insights – analytics and AI-generated suggestions based on your own activity. • Home-screen widgets, offline support and sync across devices. No ads, no selling data. Wake-App is free to use with up to 5 open tasks, 3 projects and 3 active habits. Wake-App Premium removes those limits and adds AI Coaching Insights, two-way Google Calendar sync and unlimited project collaborators. Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99 per month, or $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. New home-screen widgets: Today and Matrix get a glassy new look, plus a Timeline widget that shows your day as a planner and a Sticky Tasks widget with your open tasks as sticky notes. Widgets also look right in the Clear and Tinted home-screen styles. Writing notes on iPhone: the editor now stays below the clock and the line you're typing stays above the keyboard. Location for weather and notes now uses the standard iPhone permission prompt. When you reach a Free plan limit, Wake-App shows what you've hit and how to go Premium.
