Zlatna Raka helps people find tradespeople and businesses for repairs and home services in Bulgaria. The app interface is in Bulgarian. Search by service and city, browse business descriptions and portfolio photos, and read published customer reviews. Compare the information in each profile to decide who may suit your project. For customers: • Browse tradespeople and home service providers. • Describe the work you need and send an enquiry with a contact phone number and town or city. • Add photos if you wish. • View your enquiries and their status. • Enable notifications for relevant updates. For tradespeople and businesses: • Present your services through a profile, description and portfolio. • View allocated enquiries and the job marketplace. • Check your credit balance and the access conditions for an enquiry. • Accept or decline suitable enquiries. Some actions for service providers require available credits. The credit cost is shown before confirmation. Report inappropriate profiles or reviews and follow the response in My Reports. Notification preferences and account deletion are available from account settings. The customer and service provider agree the price, timing and terms of physical work directly. A listing or review does not guarantee a particular outcome. An internet connection is required. Account registration is intended for adults.
