Start with the action in front of you, without having to tackle your entire list at once. ONE TASK FOR NOW Keep your current task on the home screen. Other tasks stay in your list until you are ready for them. Use it for chores, studying, work or getting ready to go out. MAKE THE FIRST STEP SMALL Turn “Do the laundry” into “Gather the laundry into a basket.” Turn “Tidy the desk” into “Throw away one piece of trash.” Write your own small action or choose from the built-in examples.
