HeatTreat Studio is an on-device engineering screening workspace for process engineers, manufacturing teams, and materials learners. It brings materials, thermal programs, boundary conditions, numerical diagnostics, and plant-data calibration into one mobile workflow. HEAT-TREATMENT SIMULATION • 1D slab, long-cylinder, and sphere geometries • Multi-stage ramps, holds, air transfers, staged quenching, and tempering • Furnace convection/radiation and temperature-zone quench boundaries • Thermal fields, surface/core histories, phase fractions, and hardness trends • 51/101/201-node and half-time-step diagnostics • Constant-property analytical-series benchmarks and numerical-confidence guidance MATERIALS AND SCENARIOS • Engineering-seed packs for 45, 40Cr, and 42CrMo steels • Transparent source, capability, maturity, and applicability information • Overlay comparison for up to four scenarios • Jominy, CCT/TTT, and tempering tools activate only when the selected pack provides the required data—no silent cross-grade defaults PLANT-DATA CALIBRATION • Import thermocouple, HRC, and Jominy CSV files • Map sensor positions, units, batches, and measurement uncertainty • Fit zone heat-transfer multipliers, transfer-time offset, and one hardness-mapping multiplier • Compare baseline and calibrated errors, identifiability, approximate intervals, and holdout results • Immutable calibration revisions with factory-profile snapshots • Password-encrypted .htpack private packages PROJECTS AND REVIEW • Save reproducible local .htproject files • Export Markdown, PDF, and CSV review packages • Core calculations and private-data processing stay on device This app supports engineering screening, learning, and calibration assistance.
