· Medlink Notes helps clinicians record conversations, generate transcripts, and keep recordings connected to the right patient in MedLink. · Capture audio with your iPhone microphone, or transfer recordings from a compatible Plaud device. Save recordings to your library, upload them for transcription, and review the resulting text in a scrollable transcript view. · Keep encounters organized by patient. Browse your patient list, see recording counts, and view the recordings assigned to each patient. Associate a completed transcript with the appropriate patient and an eligible Intake or MaiNDS assessment. · An authorized MedLink account is required. Patient and assessment access depends on your organization's permissions. An internet connection is required for uploads, transcription, and loading patient information. · Record with the permission of the people participating. Review generated transcripts for accuracy before using them in clinical documentation.
